By accessing or using ChromeWhiskeyMotors.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please enjoy your drive elsewhere.

1. Website Use

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. No scraping, bots, or attempting to hotwire our code.

2. Vehicle Sales

All vehicles are sold “as-is” unless otherwise stated. We provide full documentation, but mechanical vintage machines require care. Test drives by appointment only.

⚠️ No Refunds: Vintage cars and private barrel bourbon are final sale. We recommend inspection and a taste test before committing.

3. Intellectual Property

All content — photos, text, logos, designs — is owned by Chrome Whiskey Motors. Do not reproduce without written permission (unless sharing with credit).

4. Events & Tastings

Guests must be 21+ to attend bourbon events. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting like a carburetor in need of a tune-up.

5. Disclaimers

We strive for accuracy, but vintage data may have quirks. We are not liable for:

Typographical errors in descriptions or pricing
Browser rendering issues (especially on 1990s-era computers)
Unexpected flat tires or whiskey spills

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Updates will be posted with a new date.
